Job Title: Helpdesk / Accounts Assistant Location: Bristol Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm Salary: £13.00 per hour We’re looking for a reliable and organised Helpdesk / Accounts Assistant to join our friendly team in Bristol. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, with a mix of accounts work and general admin support. What you’ll do: Help process and send out procurement orders (2–3 days a week) Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes Enter invoices and credit notes into our system (COINS) Check supplier statements and help with monthly reconciliations Make sure suppliers are paid on time via BACS Deal with supplier queries and follow up as needed Support with any legal notices and make sure they’re handled quickly Work with contract managers to get invoices approved Keep files and records organisedWhat we’re looking for: Some experience in accounts or admin work Basic knowledge of bookkeeping Good with Excel and Word Friendly, organised, and able to work well in a team Experience or knowledge of the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) is a bonus but not essentialWhat we offer: Full-time hours, Monday to Friday (8:00am – 4:00pm) A supportive and relaxed working environment Training where needed A stable and secure role with opportunities to growIf this sounds like the right fit for you, we’d love to hear from you
