Our client a global technology leader is currently looking for a BI/Data Analyst to work with the service desk providing support across the business.
Reporting to the Head of IT and working closely with all levels of the business, this role will be responsible for:-
1. BI/Reporting/Database Work, SQL
2. Build, maintain and optimise Power BI dashboards and datasets
3. Develop and troubleshoot Pulse Reporter outputs
4. Create and maintain SSRS reports using T-SQL
5. Perform advanced SQL work: joins, window functions, views, stored procedures, JSON/XML querying
6. Ensure data quality, governance and secure handling practices
7. Support data validation and reporting accuracy
8. Automate reporting tasks where appropriate
9. Assist with 1st and 2nd line support across UK offices
10. Manage incidents, service requests and SLAs
11. Triage support issues before escalating
12. Support onboarding/offboarding including device setup, imaging and configuration
13. Administer user accounts and access using M365, Azure, AD and Exchange
