As an Assistant Head, you will need to demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, contributing to raising achievement standards and the school's success. The right candidate will also possess the ability to engage, inspire, and build strong relationships with students and staff, as well as contribute to a collaborative culture.
Experience in leadership within the education sector is advantageous but not essential. Relevant experience in other teaching roles is also desirable. The right candidate will be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and will have a genuine desire to support and implement a positive attitude towards children's educational journeys.
