Central locations offer easy access to work, beautifully styled apartments, co-working spaces, and social hubs. We’re looking for our next Night Concierge to deliver a luxury, home-from-home experience for our residents while ensuring the upkeep of our premium site and facilities are maintained at the highest standards throughout the night.
Provide an exceptional and personalized service to residents by anticipating and delivering their needs; offering information on local attractions, and handling inquiries with a focus on creating a seamless and positive experience:
* Front of House / Reception; greet and welcome residents and guests with a warm, friendly, and vibrant attitude.
* Maintain the upkeep of our premium site and facilities; communal areas must be cleaned and maintained to a high standard. Cleaning will be a significant part of the Night Concierge duties.
* Conduct block walks every 4-6 hours surveying and reporting on every area of the building.
* Maintain waste management areas adhering to health and safety regulations, ensuring potential hazards are addressed, cleaned, tidied, and reorganized as required.
* Manage and store parcels correctly to allow residents to access deliveries easily.
* Be the main point of contact for any incidents or emergencies onsite.
Additional Responsibilities: Our Concierge team is responsible for various additional tasks, including:
* Manage room turnarounds, check-ins, and check-outs.
* Be available for questions that may arise.
* Ensure that facilities are respected and looked after by residents and guests.
* Provide solutions to issues or challenges that may occur.
* Replenish refreshment stocks, such as coffee beans, tea bags, milk, and vending machine products.
Who we want to join our team
Professional Experience:
* An experienced customer service professional, well-versed in delivering premium experiences to residents and guests.
* Previous concierge experience is advantageous.
* Experience working independently through the night is helpful.
* While we’re not looking for professional cleaners, candidates should demonstrate a hands-on, proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and safety of communal areas.
* Our operations rely on technology; the Night Concierge must be technologically savvy.
Personal Characteristics:
* Ability to work in a multicultural environment, welcoming colleagues and residents from diverse backgrounds and beliefs. All colleagues must treat everyone with respect and equality.
* Excellent communication skills. Multilingual abilities are a plus.
* Strong organizational and leadership qualities, with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
* Adaptability, creativity, and positivity.
* Resilience and ability to navigate unexpected situations effectively.
* Ability to perform tasks involving extended standing and repetitive movements; reasonable adjustments will be considered where needed.
* Flexibility: Our facilities operate 24/7, 365 days a year, including holidays. Flexibility from the Night Concierge is essential to ensure continuous service to residents.
