Vacancy Description
You will be working as part of the Tech Enablement build implementation team on site in Hatfield 5 days a week as we are a hands on team that work in a hands on environment.
Some of the daily activities are:
* Handling incidents in the Logistics and Technical Services Integration Centre
* Testing and implementation of customer builds
* Carrying out troubleshooting and problem solving
* Support of client specific hardware configuration requirements – for example Workplace, Enterprise Datacenter and Mobile devices, etc.
* Supporting client asset labelling requests
* Manage daily tracking and recording of activities
