\n\nIn addition to excellent teaching, the school offers a range of extracurricular activities, including performances and orchestras.\n\nTeacher of Music - responsibilities:\n\n* Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and creative Music lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (with the potential to extend to Key Stage 5).\n* Encourage students to explore a variety of performance styles.\n* Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes creativity and self-expression.\n* Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to support development.\n* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the integration of Music across the curriculum.\n* Maintain a well-organised and inspiring classroom environment.\n\nTeacher of Music - requirements:\n\n* UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).\n* An undergraduate degree in Music or a related field.\n* Experience teaching Music at secondary school level (KS3-KS4; KS5 experience is a bonus).\n* Skilled in teaching both voice and instrumental.\n* Excellent communication and classroom management skills.\n* A passion for inspiring students to explore and develop their creativity.\n* Commitment to continuous professional development.\n\nHow to apply:\n\nIf this Teacher of Music role sounds like something you would be interested in, please don't hesitate to apply via this advert.
