Manage and grow social media channels for Southfields and Wandsworth offices
Coordinate direct mail campaigns and work with the central marketing team on local initiatives
Maintain and develop the landlord database
Support marketing and admin functions across the office
Assist with new business generation and local brand awareness
The Ideal Candidate: Experience working in an estate agency environment (lettings, coordinator or similar)
Marketing experience or qualification (degree or practical experience)
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Comfortable juggling varied responsibilities across BD, marketing, and coordination
Negotiator experience is desirable but not essential
Additional Info: Salary up to £40,000
