About the Role: The client is seeking a Poultry Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-established service with a strong reputation across the North. The role covers broiler, layer, and game bird clients, providing proactive flock health planning, farm visits, diagnostics, and advisory work. The caseload includes routine visits, biosecurity audits, vaccination planning, and problem-solving alongside a dedicated poultry support technician who assists with troubleshooting and occasional vaccinations. The on-call rota is 1 in 3 weekends and is usually limited to telephone advice, with rare need for weekend visits. The team seeks a confident, clear communicator who is comfortable building relationships, supporting existing clients, and helping to grow services. About the Practice: The practice is an independent, multi-disciplinary veterinary organisation delivering comprehensive care to pets, farm animals, and horses. The team includes a broad group of Veterinary Surgeons, qualified Veterinary Nurses, and experienced support staff providing a dependable 24-hour service.
