Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with supportive secondary schools to recruit Cover Supervisors who can confidently engage, motivate, and support students across KS3 and KS4. This role is ideal for individuals with strong behaviour management, relationship building skills, and a genuine passion for supporting young people. What you'll be doing: Supervising classes of around 30 students in the absence of the class teacher Delivering pre prepared lesson plans across a range of secondary subjects Using your youth work skills to engage students and manage behaviour positively Taking accurate registers and following safeguarding procedures Providing clear feedback and handover notes for teaching staff You're not expected to be a subject specialist.
