Leading Tier 1 Main Contractor urgently seek a Construction Manager who can work NIGHTS in Birmingham.
This role is to work NIGHTS. From 7pm – 5am within a hospital type environment. The role is to manage and supervise the stripout and refit of fire protection and preventionwithin the M&E of a live in use site.
Due to the Site being live and busy during the daytime it is required to work NIGHTS. Previous hospital experience, prison experience or any secure environment which is in use day and night will be required.
This will require specialist M&E experience, managing fire protection and prevention on major m&e packages which will equate to £150m over 5 years (£30m package value per annum)
