A warm and nurturing Early Years setting in Leyton is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young children’s learning, development, and wellbeing during their crucial early years.

About the role:
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:
* Support children across the EYFS, helping to deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate activities.
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children can learn through play.
* Assist with planning and observations in line with the EYFS framework.
* Encourage children’s communication, physical development, and early social skills.
* Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff.
* Promote positive behaviour, independence, and confidence in young learners.

Person specification:
* Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent) required.
* Experience working in a nursery, preschool, or early years setting.
* Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development.
* Warm, caring, and patient approach with a genuine passion for early years education.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
