Job Summary
The Internal Aggregates Sales Representative supports the aggregates sales team by managing customer inquiries, processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role serves as a key link between customers, external sales representatives, operations, and logistics to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
•Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and requests related to aggregates products
•Provide pricing, availability, and product information to customers
•Enter, manage, and track sales orders accurately in the ERP/CRM system
•Coordinate with dispatch, quarry operations, and logistics to schedule deliveries
•Support outside sales representatives with quotes, follow-ups, and account management
•Maintain and update customer accounts, pricing agreements, and sales records
•Resolve customer issues related to orders, deliveries, billing, or product quality
•Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply constraints or changes to customers
•Assist with sales reporting, forecasts, and administrative tasks
•Promote company products, services, and safety standards in all customer interactions

Qualifications
•1–3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or construction materials industry preferred
•Knowledge of aggregates, construction materials, or heavy building products is a plus
•Strong communication and customer service skills
•Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems
•Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
•Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
