Farm Liaison Manager
Location: Kent (with regular UK travel)
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + benefits
The Role
We are looking for an organised and practical Farm Liaison Manager to act as the main point of contact for a network of agricultural producers.
You will visit farms regularly, ensure compliance with welfare and assurance standards, and coordinate the practical aspects of supply — including audits, packaging, sampling, and data reporting.
This position combines field work with office-based coordination and requires someone who enjoys building relationships and solving day-to-day operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Visit contracted farms to provide support and guidance
Coordinate producer audits, sampling, and compliance checks
Maintain accurate farm data, certification records, and production forecasts
Manage packaging and materials requirements for each site
Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve any on-farm or logistical issues
Monitor performance, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement
Support the onboarding of new producers and ensure all standards are met before supply begins
Skills & Experience
Experience in farm liaison, agricultural coordination, or assurance roles
Knowledge of farm assurance schemes (e.g. Red Tractor, RSPCA Assured, Lion Code or similar)
Good understanding of welfare, biosecurity, and food safety principles
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confident with data and record keeping (Excel or database systems)
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly

£50,000 – £60,000 depending on experience
40-hour week, hybrid between office and field
Regular travel across the UK
