Experienced SEMH Teaching Assistant | What’s on Offer:

Experienced SEMH Teaching Assistant | The Role:
* Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEMH needs within a primary setting
* Support pupils with emotional regulation, engagement, and behaviour strategies
* Work closely with teachers and the wider team to deliver structured interventions
* Help create a safe, consistent and inclusive learning environment
* Contribute to pupil progress tracking and pastoral support plans
Experienced SEMH Teaching Assistant | Who We’re Looking For:
* Experience supporting children with SEMH needs in a school or similar setting
* Experience in PRUs, Alternative Provisions, or SEN schools is desirable but not essential
* Strong practitioners with a clear commitment to SEMH and education are encouraged to apply
* Calm, resilient and confident when supporting challenging behaviour
* Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach
* Ambition to develop within a specialist provision
