We are really excited to announce this new opportunity to join our existing and talented team in Lichfield.
Your role will be responsible for supporting the Warehouse Supervisors to ensure the safe, smooth, and efficient daily management of the Lichfield warehouses.

What will you be doing in more detail?
Main responsibilities of the role include:
* Carry out all assigned tasks in a prompt and accurate manner.
* Proactively seek out new assignments on completion of current task.
* Immediately report any stock discrepancies and errors.
* Support, encourage and positively engage with all team members at all times.
* Participation in warehouse team meetings and planning groups as required.
* Ensure all daily goods-in activity is completed in an accurate and timely manner; effectively communicating any issues to reduce customer impact.

* Always work in an efficient and tidy manner to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
Qualifications, skills and experience
Essential:
* Able to work towards targets and KPI’s
* Attention to detail
* Team focussed
Whilst not essential, it would be nice to have:
* 2 years’ experience in a similar warehouse role
* Previous experience working with WMS
