Duties include assisting in the implementation of Individual Education Plans, providing one-on-one support to students, helping with classroom activities, and promoting a positive learning environment. Required Qualifications: Special Education Needs Experience, Previous Experience in Teaching, Passion for Teaching Education: Relevant qualification in Special Education or Teaching Experience: Prior experience working with students with special education needs Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of special education practises Strong communication skills Ability to manage student behaviour effectively Excellent time management skills Preferred Qualifications: Additional training in special education or behaviour management Working Conditions: The role involves working in a school setting with students who have special education needs. The Learning Support Assistant may need to adapt to different classroom environments and collaborate closely with teachers and other support staff.
