Conduct preventive maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on 3D printers. Calibrate and align mechanical, electrical, and optical components to ensure optimal printer performance. Provide on-site and remote technical support to resolve customer issues promptly. Train end-users on safe and efficient operation, software use, and routine maintenance of the 3D printer Maintain service logs, document issues/resolutions, and report recurring problems to engineering teams. Collaborate with internal support, engineering, and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Ensure all service activities comply with safety regulations and company policies. Travel extensively to customer locationsasrequired.
