Our client is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Office Manager based in Nottingham. In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Managing Director and will be key in fostering operational excellence, driving business growth, and leading a dedicated office team. Job Description


Sales & Marketing Responsibilities

* Enhance lead conversion rates to ensure strong client engagement.
* Promote occupancy growth through effective strategic planning and client management.
* Oversee the execution of marketing initiatives to align with business goals.
* Encourage referral growth by nurturing strong client relationships and networking.


Systems & Processes Oversight

* Ensure compliance with established operational processes for maximum efficiency.
* Monitor system performance and accuracy across all operational platforms.
* Champion the adoption of new systems, providing necessary training to staff.
* Identify and implement process improvements to boost operational efficiency.


Operational & Financial Management

o Maintain fee collection rates that meet established financial objectives.
o Manage company budgets effectively, ensuring all financial targets are achieved.
o Keep thorough documentation to ensure audit readiness at all times.


People & Team Development

o Develop a motivated and high-performing team.
o Oversee staff training and development to enhance professional growth.
o Foster a positive workplace culture that encourages staff engagement.
o Manage recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.


Leadership & Strategic Initiatives

o Set performance goals and conduct evaluations with team members.
o Encourage collaboration across departments for seamless operations.
o Support business continuity planning to prepare for operational challenges.

o Sales & Marketing: Focus on Lead Conversion Rate, Occupancy Growth, Execution of Marketing Activities, and Referral Growth.
o Systems & Processes: Compliance Rate, System Efficiency & Accuracy, and Process Improvement Implementation.
o Operational & Financial Management: Fee Collection Rate, Budget Compliance, and Audit Readiness.
o People & Team Development: Retention Rates, Training Effectiveness, and Recruitment Process Oversight.
o Leadership & Strategy: Goal Setting & Reviews, Cross-Functional Collaboration, and Continuity Planning.


Key Responsibilities
