Customer Care Officer
Responsibilities
* Serve as the visible point of contact for customers, engaging through newsletters, meetings, visits, and open days.
* Ensure residents are aware of work processes and communicate updates or changes accordingly.
* Provide a high standard of customer care and aftercare, ensuring works are completed satisfactorily.
* Manage expectations between residents, the client and operations teams.
* Travel across Northeast London and Essex as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Exceptional customer service and clear, confident communication.
* Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
* Ability to manage potentially challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
* Experience in a resident liaison role is beneficial but not essential.
* Real drive, enthusiasm, determination, initiative, independence and teamwork.
* Public‑facing role requiring discretion, resilience under pressure, and ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
* Valid driver's licence and own vehicle.
