You will be an integral member of the College Wellbeing Team working alongside our Nurses, Counsellors and Support staff to ensure all our learners have the opportunity to experience our “Outstanding” college in a safe and secure environment. We are looking for a charismatic, determined and confident person who has the ability and skills to engage hard to reach groups and disengaged learners as well as to develop and co-ordinate activities that promote social cohesion and integration. You will need to demonstrate experience of working within a Community Safety, Integration/Cohesion background as well as working with a range of diverse community-based groups and young people.
