Your Role:
* Safely operate HGV Class 1 vehicles, adhering to all UK driving laws and regulations
* Plan efficient routes using GPS technology for timely deliveries and collections (max 2 drops per shift)
* Conduct thorough pre-journey inspections and report any issues
* Maintain accurate paperwork and ensure excellent customer service at all times
Pay:
Days
£16.50 per hour Mon-Fri
This role uses rolled-up holiday pay. A holiday pay uplift of 12.07% is included in your hourly rate and paid with each regular salary payment. You will not receive a separate payment for holiday entitlement when it is taken, and this will be itemised on your payslip
Requirements:
* Valid UK HGV Class 1 driving licence with no more than 6 points
* CPC and UK Digi Tacho cards
* Ability to work early morning (starting 06:00 approx.)
* Good communication skills in English
