Due to continued growth, they are seeking a talented and experienced Mid-Level Interior Designer to join their warm and friendly small team.

The Role
You will be involved in projects from concept through to completion, taking ownership of key design stages and supporting senior designers while mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop creative concepts for high-end residential projects
* Produce detailed drawing packages using AutoCAD
* Create FF&E schedules, specifications, and sourcing documentation
* Liaise confidently with high-profile clients, suppliers, contractors, and consultants
* Conduct site visits and oversee installations
* Manage project timelines and budgets
* Assist with procurement and supplier coordination
* Ensure exceptional attention to detail across all stages
Requirements
* 3–7 years’ experience in luxury residential interior design
* Proven experience delivering high-end private residential projects
* Advanced AutoCAD proficiency (essential)
* Strong technical drawing and detailing ability
* Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, and bespoke furniture
* Confident client-facing communication skills
* Highly organised with strong project management capability
* Full UK driving licence and own car (essential – regular travel to site and studio required)
* Based within commuting distance of Hertfordshire
