Position: Parcelforce Collection & Delivery Driver
Location: Parcelforce Worldwide Swansea, LD Unit A Millstream Way Central Business Park Swansea SA7 0AQ
Contract Type: Permanent
Working hours: 38 hours per week with overtime potential. Typical hours: Monday & Wednesday - Friday 11:00 - 18:36, Saturday 09:00 - 16:36
Starting salary: £24,268 (£12.23 p/h). After 6 months: £26,758 (£13.49 p/h).
Plus: £824 annual allowance (pro rata). Total package: up to £30,000 per year (based on a 38-hour week + overtime) with excellent benefits.
What you’ll do
* Organise parcels and plan your route
* Carry out vehicle safety checks
* Collect and deliver parcels to households and businesses, providing excellent customer service with every delivery

Who we’re looking for
* A full manual UK driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5 tonnes) registered to your current address, with no more than 6 penalty points
* Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg
* Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused
* Comfortable working independently and able to support your team
* Aiming for a stable career in an ambitious and growing company
