We're looking for a bright, communicative Revenue Growth Manager to join a global beauty client.
In this remit, you will play a major role in driving and embedding RGM capability within the organisation.
Revenue growth management (RGM) is key to our client’s delivery of sustainable profitable growth and creating a winning scenarios and opportunities for our client, their retailers, and their shoppers.
Our client is looking for an RGM Manager who is able to develop improved processes and create tools and insights to better unlock value growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Support the wider team in developing and embedding RGM capability within the organisation
• Drive & Optimise RGM levers across the company, focusing on Pricing, Promotions and Mix Management.
• Build and maintain relationships with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Data & Insights, Category, Supply Chain, and our client’s Leadership Team
• Support in the development of tools inc Dashboards to enable KPI tracking and analytic insights for opportunity identification and strategy development
• Developing the RGM blueprint for the company to use and roll out.
• Drive awareness and engagement of these tools with cross functional users to develop RGM capability
• Comfort using and tapping into multiple data sources
• Become a data and insight advocate, working closely with the cross-functional teams to drive this agenda
• Help build RGM capabilities through the design of rigorous, compelling and clear training materials
• Be the go-to person on pricing and promotion topics across the company
