Day to day duties: Carrying out reactive repairs in tenanted and unoccupied properties Responsible for duties to include but not limited to – hanging doors, skirting, architraves, fixing windows / doors, lock changes, repairing worktops, kitchen units, fitting new bathrooms general plumbing repairs, painting and decorating, Plastering etc Providing high levels of customer care at all times Role Criteria: Carpentry as a core trade, Experience in Plastering, Painting & Decorating & Plumbing Worked in Similar Environment Worked within Social housing.
