What You’ll Be Doing
1. Support the class teacher in delivering engaging learning through play and structured activities
2. Provide general class support, 1:1 or small group support to pupils, especially during key learning and social development moments
3. Help create a calm, inclusive EYFS environment where children feel safe, confident, and inspired
4. Support classroom routines, assist with transitions, and ensure safeguarding is always a top priority
5. Foster curiosity, communication, and independence in every child you work with

What You’ll Need
We’re looking for someone with a calm, adaptable approach and a genuine love for supporting children:
10. Level 3 Early Years qualification
11. Experience working with children (in schools, nurseries or similar settings)
12. Team spirit and a proactive, positive mindset
13. A clear understanding of safeguarding and child development in EYFS
14. Bonus if you’ve worked as a TA before—but we welcome career changers and new starters too!
Desirable Skills and Extras
15. Experience supporting learners with SEND
16. First Aid certification or Thrive training
