Domus have a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Manager to national organisation that focus on supporting Adults with Learning Disabilities and Mental health needs
This is a great opportunity to be apart of a small, person-centred care provider launching an exciting new supported living division in Shropshire and we’re looking for an ambitious and compassionate Supported Living Manager to lead the way.
This is a rare opportunity to join a growing organisation at the start of a new service, with the freedom to shape how care is delivered and build a positive, empowering culture from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager
* Set up and manage a brand-new supported living service for adults with learning disabilities
* Recruit, lead, and develop a dedicated support team
* Ensure high-quality, personalised support that promotes independence and dignity
* Drive compliance with CQC regulations and best practice standards
* Build strong partnerships with families, commissioners, and professionals
* Oversee rotas, budgets, staff development, and day-to-day service operations
Registered Manager Requirements:
* Proven experience in a managerial or deputy role within supported living or adult social care
* Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and person-centred planning
* Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
* A proactive, hands-on approach with the passion to shape a new service
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards)
* Excellent support from an experienced team
* Paid holiday – 5.6 weeks per year
