Our client, a leading AV solutions supplier, is currently looking for an AV Engineer to join their growing team. The AV Engineer will be field based, covering the London and home counties area and will be responsible for the installation of AV equipment including LED walls and video conferencing products.
The AV Engineer must be able to drive.
Key Responsibilities for the AV Engineer
1. System cabling and installation of mounts, screens, and other pieces of equipment.
2. Installation and setting up of video conferencing units and video walls.
3. Testing audio, visual and communication quality on installation and fine-tuning for optimum result.
4. Working alongside audio and control programmers to deliver a full solution to our clients when conducting your installation.
5. Good knowledge of professional audio setups is highly beneficial as it’s something we specialise in.
6. There will be opportunities to learn how to program control systems for clients should you take an interest in it.
Key Experience for the AV Engineer
7. Previous AV installation experience
8. Ideally experience of work providing AV installs within a commercial environment
9. Drivers Licence
10. A desire to learn and progress into a new and growing industry.
11. A ‘can-do’ attitude and a positive approach.
