Job Description
* Supporting the design and delivery of projects underpinning a major digital transformation programme
* Leading process modelling and analysis to identify risks, opportunities and business impacts
* Facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders across all levels of the organisation
* Prioritising and tracking functional and non-functional requirements through to implementation
* Producing clear documentation including process maps, user stories, data flows and specifications
* Identifying the risks, issues and benefits of proposed solutions and communicating them effectively
Requirements
* Extensive experience delivering business analysis for IT-enabled change projects
* A strong process mindset and passion for continuous improvement
* Skilled in facilitating workshops and mapping end-to-end business journeys
* Proficiency in tools and techniques such as BPMN, use case modelling and user stories
* Practical experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 including SharePoint and Visio
* A recognised BA qualification (ISEB, BCS, CBAP) or working towards one
