We are seeking a dedicated and professional Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks in a busy medical environment. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice and enhancing patient experiences.
Duties
1. Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
2. Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
3. Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring optimal use of the clinics time.
4. Handle incoming calls, directing them to appropriate staff or departments as necessary.
5. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality in line with strict data protection regulations.
6. Process patient forms and documentation, including insurance information.
7. Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient flow within the practice.
8. Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
9. Support the Office Manager in any other duties as required.
