You'll play a vital role in coordinating tolling operations and supporting broader supply chain activities, ensuring smooth collaboration between internal teams and external tolling partners. Description * Manage production schedules and stock levels with tolling partners. * Coordinate volume requirements and raise purchase requisitions. * Prepare and ship components to tollers and monitor order progress. * Run regular calls with tollers and maintain MRP parameters (e.g., safety stock, lead times). * Prioritise tolling activities based on customer needs and business strategy. * Act as point of contact for goods-in queries and coordinate sample processes. * Extract and analyse SAP performance data for KPIs. * Investigate warehouse stock errors and attend operational meetings. * Ensure compliance with SOX and ISO standards. * Coordinate disposal and documentation archiving processes. * Support administrative tasks such as process order printing. Profile We're looking for a collaborative and organised individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working with data to drive improvements. You should have: * Degree or equivalent knowledge in supply chain or related field. * Experience with SAP/ERP systems and strong proficiency in Excel and Business Intelligence (BI) tools. * Background in procurement or stock control. * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. * Excellent communication and organisational abilities. * Team-oriented with the ability to work independently. * CIPS/APICS qualifications desirable. * Fluency in English; additional languages beneficial.
