Requirements
Experience in a school-based support role (desirable but not essential)
Knowledge of SEN strategies to support students with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other learning needs
Strong communication, interpersonal, and behaviour management skills
Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive, meaningful relationships with students and staff
Flexibility to adapt across different school settings and SEND environments in Radlett
