💼 Purchase Ledger Clerk / Accounts Assistant
Key Responsibilities
* Managing the purchase ledger
* Raising purchase orders
* Matching invoices to PO’s
* Handling supplier queries professionally
* Matching, batching, and coding invoices
* Ensuring supplier accounts reconcile correctly
* Working confidently in Excel
* General office and administrative duties
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in Purchase Ledger or Accounts Payable
* Strong data entry skills and excellent attention to detail
* Someone who can start quickly (ideally within 1 week)
* A reliable, organised individual who lives within an easy commute of Corby
