Our Operations Team is seeking a Data Controller. you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our client records. You’ll be the go-to expert for ensuring our data systems are clean, compliant, and up to date — helping to keep the business running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Take ownership of the setup and maintenance of client records, ensuring information is complete, accurate, and compliant.
* Manage client onboarding and disengagement processes — from AML checks and engagement letters to file closures and data archiving.
* Provide training and guidance on our document management systems for new team members, ensuring confidence and consistency across the business.
* Conduct regular data reviews and cleansing projects to maintain accurate, relevant, and compliant records.
* Re-engage clients on a three-year cycle, ensuring service records are always up to date.
* Stay current with updates in IRIS Practice Management and share new insights or efficiencies across teams.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
* Up-to-date working knowledge of IRIS Practice Management systems.
* Strong attention to detail and a natural drive for data accuracy and organisation.
* Confident communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
* Intermediate Excel skills (lookups, filters, reports).
* A methodical, proactive, and problem-solving approach to improving processes.
* Ideally, experience working within an accounting or professional services environment.
