Senior UI Artist

Aardvark Swift are thrilled to be working with a new studio as they develop a unique experience, blending sport and strategy. Based on the UK’s beautiful South Coast, they are backed by strong investors and a talented founding team. As they expand their dev team, they need an experienced Senior UI Artist who can blend artistry with technical know-how to deliver impactful visuals across our games, marketing and branding.
You’ll play a key role in shaping the visual identity of their titles and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to bring worlds to life while staying up to date with industry trends, tools and techniques to push the creative quality bar higher.
Your role will be to:
* Develop high-quality visual assets for games including UI, HUD elements, menus, marketing materials and promotional artwork
* Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure graphics enhance gameplay, storytelling and player experience
* Establish and maintain visual guidelines, ensuring consistency across all design outputs
* Collaborate with the Creative Director to take visual direction and create page layouts, icons and on brand assets
You will bring:
* 5+ years in UI/graphic design (games, entertainment or tech)
* Strong, varied portfolio showcasing UI/UX for games, motion graphics, branding or digital campaigns
* Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite + Figma
* Solid understanding of typography, layout, composition, Illustration and colour theory
* Experience with Unity and 2D/3D asset pipelines and familiarity with Unity is a strong plus
Nice to Have:
* Cross-platform design (PC, console, mobile)
* Motion graphics / video editing
* Branding & marketing experience
* Familiarity with AI creative tools
