Job Title: Revit MEP Coordinator (3-Month Contract) Location: Camden, London Contract Type: Fixed-Term (3 Months) Overview We are seeking an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator for a short-term 3-month contract to support the final stages and close-out of a live construction project in Camden. The successful candidate will play a key role in producing, coordinating, and finalising MEP documentation, with a strong focus on red line construction drawings and as-built information. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate and update MEP models using Autodesk Revit in line with site progress and design changes * Interpret and incorporate red line construction drawings into accurate Revit models and documentation * Liaise with site engineers, contractors, and design teams to capture as-built information * Ensure all MEP services (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) are accurately reflected in coordinated models * Assist in the production and verification of final as-built drawings and documentation packs * Carry out clash detection and resolve coordination issues where required * Support project close-out activities, ensuring all deliverables meet client and project standards * Maintain clear and organised digital records in line with project BIM standards Requirements * Proven experience as a Revit MEP Coordinator on construction projects * Strong working knowledge of MEP systems (mechanical, electrica...
