Interpret and analyse complex data sets related to operational and commercial performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into meaningful analytical solutions. Develop and maintain data models that support planning, forecasting, and performance tracking. Conduct data audits and validations to ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting platforms. Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends to improve service delivery, reduce costs, and increase efficiency. Manage and deliver analytics projects, from data discovery and wrangling to final presentation of findings. Support onboarding processes by delivering customer-focused reporting and analytical capabilities. Provide training and guidance to stakeholders on how to use BI tools and interpret data ensuring adoption of the product. Promote and embed data best practices and standards across the department. Your Skills & Experience: Proven experience in data analytics, business intelligence preferably within a fast paced demanding environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex data clearly and effectively. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Quicksight, Power BI, or similar platforms. Ability to gather and craft requirements through user stories Understanding of data modelling, and dashboard development. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to manage multiple data projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Experience in translating business challenges into analytical questions and presenting insights that support action. Ability to understand customer operations and translate their data requirements into effective reporting solutions. Flexible and adaptable to business change and emerging data trends.
