Based in Chester for over 30 years, we are a Market Leader in Business Finance. We provide financial expertise and support to our clients.
THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our team on a contract basis to support a key project – specifically around the build of an embedded finance module and enhancements to our loan management system.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
* Conducting detailed business analysis and requirements gathering
* Simplifying and documenting requirements to support design and implementation
* Improving business processes through modelling and stakeholder collaboration
* Supporting system integration efforts (including third-party APIs)
* Working closely with project managers and technical teams across the full delivery lifecycle
* Supporting testing, deployment, and business transition efforts
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst in agile environments (Scrum)
* Strong understanding of API integrations and process optimisation
* Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills
* A collaborative, proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges
* 3+ years of Business Analyst experience
* Degree in a tech or business discipline and/or certifications (IIBA, BCS) preferred
