An opportunity has arisen for Casual Minibus Drivers to join our school transport team.

Contract Type: Casual/ Zero Hours

Salary £12.65 per hour

Are you a safe, dependable driver with a passion for supporting children and young people?

We are looking for friendly and responsible Casual Minibus Drivers to join our school transport team on a flexible, zero-hours basis.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for transporting students to and from school, as well as driving for educational trips, sports fixtures, and other school events. This is a key role in helping our students arrive safely, calmly, and ready to learn.

Applications are sought from candidates who:

We welcome applicants who:

* Hold a full UK driving licence with D1 entitlement
* are willing to undertake Trust MIDAS training
* have a minimum of Secondary Education (GCSE level or equivalent)
* are confident, courteous, and safety-conscious behind the wheel
* can communicate clearly and kindly with children and young people, parents and staff
* are flexible and dependable, with availability for mornings, during the day or afternoons
* are willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check and safeguarding training.

Closing date for applications is Monday 29th September 2025 at 9am or sooner (to avoid disappointment applications should be submitted at your earliest)

Interviews will be held week commencing Thursday 2nd October 2025 (or sooner)
