TheDebt and Homelessness PreventionTeam Leader will lead a team of advice caseworkers,volunteersand support staff to deliver high-qualitydebt and homelessness preventionadvice serviceswhichempower clients, tacklesfinancial hardshipand promotesequitywiththe aim of preventing homelessness and improving life outcomes.
They will manage their own complex caseload while ensuring the team meets contractual targets and contributes to the charity’s wider mission — including partnership work, research,campaignsand systems change.
The postholder will provide leadership, quality assurance, and performance oversight, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and values-driven culture.Providing feedback into the team’s line managers appraisals and people management.
