CBW are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Operative to be based in a commercial building. The successful candidates will have a proven track record in cleaning within a commercial building. Details / Hours:Monday to Friday07:00am to 13:30pmTemp to perm contractImmediate startKey duties & Responsibilities:Use of Baler for cardboard, plasticsBaler management – basic fault finding, set up and operationUse and management of compactorsAccurately sign Consignment notes and Waste transfer notesMovement of Haz containers to singular location for collectionOperate a utility buggy and material handling equipment to assist with the movement for wasteLoad waste into designated skipsDrive site vehicles as and when required full clean driving licence requiredTrain to appropriately handle spillsExternal spill kit replenishmentBooking in of waste collection with waste providers / coordination with clients site management and ApleonaEstate ManagerManage close working relationship with site cleaning teamDeep clean of external areas including use of pressure washersEnsure company communications are cascaded to team members in a timely manner as and when required.Attend departmental meetings as required.
