We’re looking for a Client Services Team Leader based in Billericay to take ownership of a client portfolio while supporting a small, established Client Services team. This role combines people leadership, client account management, and service coordination, with a clear focus on delivering results day-to-day. What you’ll do Lead, coach, and support a team of 4–6 Client Services Advisors, helping them develop and perform well. Manage your own portfolio of clients as their main point of contact, ensuring excellent service and communication. Build strong client relationships, resolve issues quickly, and spot opportunities to improve service. Help plan team schedules, recruitment, and coverage, particularly during busy winter periods. Assist with contracts, renewals, pricing, purchase orders, and service-related projects for your clients. Use reporting and insights (including Power BI) to track performance and identify improvements. Work with Operations and other teams to deliver a smooth, high-quality client experience.
