The Senior Project Engineer is responsible for leading capital projects that enhance the performance, safety, and efficiency of the manufacturing site and its equipment. This role combines technical expertise, project management, and continuous improvement to ensure operations are aligned with business goals and regulatory standards.
How You Will Make An Impact
1. Lead and manage capital projects focused on equipment, service, and infrastructure upgrades or renewals.
2. Develop comprehensive financial justifications and detailed project plans, including scopes of work for accurate cost estimation.
3. Deliver project milestones on time and within budget while ensuring robust documentation and training support.
4. Oversee contractor work and on-site activities throughout all stages of the project lifecycle.
5. Ensure adoption of new and emerging technologies to maximize manufacturing efficiency and innovation.
6. Support equipment optimization to meet GMP standards and promote consistent, safe, and efficient operations.
7. Collaborate with Production Engineering to troubleshoot and resolve equipment-related issues.
