Barista/ General Assistant

Contract: Part Time, Permanent
Salary: 14.80
Hours: 21 per week
One of the world's largest law firms with their UK HQ in London. Catering for around 700 people daily. We offer a core feeding of Breakfast & lunch in the restaurant along with lots of High end, frequent hospitality. This role is Monday to Friday and the location benefits from great transport links.
We are looking for a talented Barista to join our team at one of our prestigious contracts in London.
Key responsibilities:
* To work well in a team producing the best barista coffee for staff and visitors
* Ensuring company food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled.
* Ensuring all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed.
* Ensure that all retail items are stocked and rotated regularly
* Set up of location in the mornings for daily operation
* Manage payments and any cash handling.
* Daily stock takes of products available
You will have the following skills:
* Excellent customer service
* An all-round team player
* Barista experience essential
* Personable, good sense of humour, fun.
Knowledge / competencies:
Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good understanding and use of verbal English.
Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good standard of written English and reading skills.
Similar experience of customer and / or food preparation environment is preferred
