TeacherActive is proud to be working with a centre in the Northumberland area, that aims to provide an academic and pastoral support for students.
A successful SEND teaching assistant will have:
atleas 2 years experience working with challenging behaviour and SEMH
Willing to work across key stages
A great ability to interact with pupils and keep them engaged.
Exceptional classroom management skills.
strong behaviour management
understanding of a secure centre and comfortable working within said setting
