We are currently seeking an engaging and enthusiastic Residential Senior Sales Negotiator to join an established and thriving independent estate agency in Orpington. This is a full-time (maternity cover) role offering an excellent opportunity to progress your career in property sales, working within a supportive team and a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
* Booking and conducting property viewings
* Generating leads for market appraisals
* Meeting and exceeding personal and team targets
* Providing outstanding customer service
* Maintaining regular contact with buyers and vendors
* Assisting the sales process from offer to completion
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
* Significant experience in estate agency sales
* Proven sales and negotiation skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Strong customer service orientation
* Professional, articulate, and well-presented
* Able to work independently and within a team
* Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
