Location: Nationwide - covering all Serco UK Prison sites
Type: Full Time, Permanent (40 hours)
Salary: Up to £39,132 per annum + Car
About the Role
At Serco, we are seeking an Ordained or Suitably Qualified Lay Person with good IT literacy, stakeholder management skills, and collaborative team working abilities to join us as a Rastafarian Chaplain.
You will be part of our multi-faith team, working to ensure the delivery of Prison Service Specifications, providing faith and non-faith-based courses, and contributing to assurance processes. Your role involves engaging with and building contacts within your faith community, providing religious care for prisoners and staff in your faith tradition, and pastoral care for all, regardless of faith or background. Travel around UK prisons such as Dovegate, Fosse Way, Doncaster, Ashfield, and Thameside will be required.
