Responsibilities
As an IT Support Consultant Trainee, your responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer support via phone, web, and email.
* Resolving a variety of technical issues for users with different levels of technical knowledge.
* Managing a demanding workload while meeting SLAs.
* Collaborating with third parties and logging tickets for support and warranty claims.
* Researching and proactively updating clients.
* Identifying and preventing recurring issues.
* Managing changes with minimal risk to clients’ operations.
* Possessing experience with Office 365 and MS Office Suite.
* Knowledge of Active Directory and on-premises Microsoft Exchange solutions.
Qualifications
* A passion for technology and a desire to learn and develop your career.
* A qualification, college course, or degree in computer science, IT, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
