Warren James is on the lookout for a HR Advisor to join one of the UK’s best loved jewellery brands.

The HR Advisor Role:
* Provide HR support and guidance to managers and staff at our shops and Head Office
* Provide timely and appropriate advice and guidance with regards to disciplinary, grievance, absence management and employee welfare
* Conduct both formal and informal meetings by telephone, video call or in person
* Follow and maintain company policies and procedures
* Carry out day to day HR administrative duties
The HR Advisor Role Essentials:
* HR experience gained in a similar environment and ideally a multi-sited organisation
* A good knowledge and use of employment law and HR processes
* Ability to communicate clearly and articulately both verbally and in writing
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and confident keyboard skills
* Ability to work hands on in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
* Organised with a competence to prioritise own workload
* Occasional travel will be required

* 28 days holiday a year and after 5 years you’ll receive 33 days a year (including 8 Bank Holidays)
