This Mortgage Administrator job in Hebburn, provides the opportunity to have a busy role within one of the North East’s largest mortgage brokerages. As a Mortgage Administrator, you will be taking an active role to support the team of Mortgage Advisors and their clients, to help cases smoothly progress towards completion. Your responsibilities will include: * Assisting in the process of submitting new mortgage applications * Taking inbound enquiries and making outbound calls to new and existing customers * Liaising with lenders and solicitors to remain up to date on the progress of cases * Making appointments on behalf of the Mortgage Advisors to review and/or new mortgage and protection products * Provide support to enable mortgage applications progress through to completion Our client prides themselves on regularly developing their team and actively encourages further development and promotions, for the right individuals. Mortgage Administrator Requirements * Previous experience within mortgage administration is strongly preferred * You should have a good telephone manner and be comfortable speaking to new and existing customers, both via inbound and outbound calls The Company Well-established mortgage brokerage has been providing mortgage and protection advice for over 25 years.
